We scoop all visible dog waste from your yard, double-check the gate when we arrive and leave, and send you a completion notification. It’s a royal treatment— every time.
🔁 How often can I schedule service?
We currently offer weekly and bi-weekly service plans, as well as one-time cleanups. You can also pause or adjust your plan with 48 hours’ notice.
🐕 Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard and your dog is secured, we’ll get the job done while you go about your day.
📱 How will I know you've visited?
You’ll receive a notification or email right after your service — complete with notes or photos if needed. No guesswork here!
💳 How does billing work?
Billing is monthly and automatic. We’ll send reminders before your next billing cycle and you can manage your plan through our client portal.
⚠️ Is there an extra fee if my yard hasn’t been cleaned in a while?
Yes — our initial cleanup fee helps cover the time for first-time or neglected yards. It’s $40, but waived for all new weekly or bi-weekly customers as part of our current promotion.
